Emma joined the practice in 2018 with her wealth of people management, marketing and customer service background.
Despite working within different sectors of business development in her career, Emma has a real passion and interest for the dental industry following her own orthodontic experience, and is thoroughly enjoying meeting the patients of 76 Harley Street.
As Business Manager, Emma strives to deliver a unique patient journey. She is responsible for the client experience, as well as the commercial aspects of running a business. Emma is passionate about making a positive difference to our patients, whilst delivering exceptional clinical care.
You will often find Emma in the practice office if you need her – any excuse for a chat!
