CLINICAL MANAGER
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager to oversee the clinical and operational aspects of our specialist referral dental practice. This role combines leadership and administrative duties, ensuring exceptional patient care, team efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and motivate the clinical team, manage rotas, and provide training to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Clinical Operations: Maintain clinical areas, oversee instrument sterilisation, manage stock levels, and assist with complex cases as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure the practice meets CQC and GDC standards, conduct audits, and stay updated on legislative changes.
- Patient Care: Ensure a seamless patient journey, manage feedback, and support the introduction of new services.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, assist with recruitment, and onboard new team members.
Skills and Qualifications
- Essential: NVQ Level 3 in Dental Nursing, proven managerial experience, knowledge of CQC/GDC standards, strong leadership, and proficiency in SOE software.
- Desirable: Sedation &/or radiography qualifications.

TREATMENT COORDINATORÂ
We are seeking a confident and proactive full-time or part-time Treatment Coordinator to join our specialist dental practice on Harley Street, London. If you are customer-focused, independent, and thrive in a busy, progressive environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Role Overview
As the first point of contact for patients exploring treatments, you’ll provide compassionate support and clear communication. Working closely with specialists, hygienists, and support staff, you’ll manage patient coordination, treatment reports, consent, follow-ups, diaries, and more. You will need strong written English skills, as you will be responsible for preparing treatment reports on behalf of the clinicians.
We’re looking for someone with strong clinical knowledge (ideally a dental nursing background), excellent IT and administrative skills, and a great phone manner. Passion and compassion are essential.
