Treatment Coordinator & Receptionist
We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic and pro-active full-time treatment coordinator to join our specialist dental practice on Harley Street, London. We would like to hear from individuals who are customer focused, can work independently and are confident working in a progressive and busy environment.
You will be the first point of contact for patients exploring treatment options and services, and therefore you must be able to communicate effectively and show a great level of care and compassion, to educate and support new and existing patients.
We are looking for a TCO whom has great clinical knowledge, an excellent phone manner, skilful at IT and administration, have a great command of the english language and are passionate and compassionate with patients.
This position is a new role within the practice due to increased workloads and growth, and we really want someone to hit the ground running and can provide ideas to ensure this position is run effectively and efficiently.
Position: Treatment Coordinator & Receptionist
Employment Term: Full-time
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 08:30am – 5:30pm (can be flexible if needed)
Dental Software: Exact (Software of Excellence)
Dentistry: Specialist referral practice
Salary: £25,000.00 to £35,000.00 /per annum+ (negotiable, dependant on experience)
Start date: ASAP
Previous TCO experience, ideally with a Dental Nurse background.
Have a great command of the English language (written and spoken)
