76 Harley Street does not have a contract with an NHS Primary Care Trust and all treatments are provided on a private basis only.
All treatment estimates are provided verbally during the appointment with the Dentist, or by telephone. Written estimates are also provided within the patients treatment report following the initial consultation with the clinician.
Please note, all estimates provided are only an approximate and the final fee could be greater or lower then the estimate depending on clinical or radiographic findings during stages of treatment. Patients are kept informed with regards to cost during the course of their treatment.
Should you agree to a proposed treatment plan, we have the right to request 50% of the proposed treatment fees in advance of the treatment commencing. Once the treatment is completed, the remaining 50% of the treatment charged should be settled at the time of the final appointment.
The practice operates a deposit scheme for new patients arranging an initial consultation. The price of the appointment is to be settled in advance to secure the booking. Outside of initial consultations, we do not operate a credit account system and require fees to be settled at the appointment where treatment is provided.
All treatments require completion of a consent form. We will explain the treatment, aftercare and any risk to you thoroughly and ask that you sign the consent form prior to any treatment being carried out.
We do not operate a round the clock service but we do request that if patients require urgent care and the practice is closed, please email with your details and symptoms to email@example.com. Alternatively you can call the practice on 020 7631 3276 where you can leave a voicemail and we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to arrange an urgent appointment.
It is important that you provide a full medical history and details of any medication you take or allergies you have upon your first visit to the practice. Should these change in any way you must inform the dentist and give up to date information.
